From waste disposal sites, sewage disposal to petroleum hydrocarbon spills and cleanups, Lusk Geo Inc. performs soil and groundwater assessments in a variety of geological environments to meet compliance orders, guidelines (such as Incorporation of the Reasonable Use Concept) and permissions.
Groundwater assessments include:
- soil and rock testing,
- site testing, including well construction programs, to establish aquifer properties,
- well sampling to determine the quality of the groundwater,
- interpretation of the movement of groundwater and contaminants from the source of the contaminant, through the earth to a receptor (e.g., offsite well, structure, surface water feature), and
- based on the observations and testing, preparing and defending a scientific report with conclusions and recommendations to address the incident.
